How Charities Can Connect With WellFunded
We love hearing from charities. The work you do is the reason this platform exists, and we want it to be as easy as possible for you to engage with WellFunded, get answers, and share what you are seeing in the field.
Here are the best ways to do that.
1. Start With the Help Docs and Website
Most of the questions we get from charities are already answered on our website and in our help articles. Topics like how to claim your profile, how WellCheck works, what funders see, how WellConnect functions, and how WellFunded relates to the broader funder landscape are all covered there.

2. Email Us
If you have a specific question that the help docs do not cover, email support@wellfunded.io. A real person reads every message, and we often respond with a quick video walkthrough when that is the clearest way to answer.
This is the fastest way to get a direct response from our team.
3. Join a Webinar or Community Round Table
We host two kinds of live sessions for charities.
Charity overview webinars walk through how WellFunded works in practice, clear up common points of confusion, and include live Q&A. These are the right place to bring broader questions about the platform. These happen almost every Tuesday. You can find out more information on them HERE.
Community round tables happen periodically and are how we gather feedback from our charity community. When one is scheduled, we let our charity user community know.

A Note on One-on-One Meetings
We are a small, focused team building infrastructure for the Canadian charitable sector. To keep moving at the pace this work demands, we cannot offer one-on-one meetings with charities. The three options above are genuinely the most efficient ways to get what you need, and they let us put the rest of our time into building the platform you are using.
