Upload a Charity Logo

Your charity logo appears on your Charity Profile and helps donors quickly recognize your organization during search and review. A clear, consistent logo makes your profile easier to scan and supports trust at a glance.

Where Your Logo Appears

Your logo may appear in several places across WellFunded, including:

  • On your Charity Profile

  • In search results and donor listings

  • When donors review or compare organizations

To upload or update your charity logo:

  • Log in to WellFunded

  • Select your user name in the top right corner

  • Choose Organization Settings from the menu

  • Upload your logo in the Organization Logo field

  • Save your changes

Your update will appear immediately.

Logo Guidelines

For best results, we recommend:

  • Using PNG or JPG file types

  • Choosing a transparent background or clean, solid colour

  • Uploading a square or well-centred image

  • Using a high-quality image to avoid blurring

  • Avoiding logos with small text or complex borders

You can update your logo at any time by uploading a new image in Organization Settings. Updating your logo does not affect your profile status or visibility.
