When a WellCheck is Requested

A WellCheck is typically requested by a donor as part of their review or due diligence process.

This article explains when WellChecks are used and what to expect if one is requested.

When WellChecks Are Used

A donor may request a WellCheck when:

  • Considering a significant gift

  • Comparing multiple organizations

  • Reviewing a project or opportunity

  • Completing internal diligence or approval processes

WellChecks are used to support clarity, not to delay or gate access.

What Happens When a WellCheck Is Requested

When a WellCheck is requested:

  • Your organization receives an email notification

  • You are invited to complete a structured assessment

  • The donor waits for the completed summary before proceeding

Completing a WellCheck is optional unless requested by a donor.
