What Information Is Visible to Others

Some information on WellFunded is visible to other users, depending on how it is shared and used.

  • Charity profiles and projects are visible to donors browsing the platform

  • Submissions to giving opportunities are visible to the donor or organization running that opportunity

  • WellCheck summaries are shared with the donor who requested them and the charity involved

Private account details, internal notes, and contact information are not publicly visible.

Data Accuracy and Updates

Public data, such as CRA filings, reflects the most recent information available from the source at the time it is accessed.

Charities and users can update the information they provide directly on the platform. If generated content needs to be refreshed after an update, the WellFunded team can assist.

WellFunded applies appropriate safeguards to protect user information and limits access to data based on intended use.

WellFunded does not sell user data or use it for purposes outside of operating and improving the platform.
