Accreditations, tags, and discovery information
Images, documents, or materials a charity chooses to upload
This information helps donors discover and evaluate organizations more efficiently.
Information Visible During Review
Some information becomes visible in specific contexts, such as during due diligence or opportunity review.
For example:
WellCheck summaries are shared with the donor who requested them and the charity involved
Submissions to giving opportunities are visible to the donor or organization running that opportunity
Information shared in response to a request is visible only to the relevant parties
This information is not publicly searchable and is shared only as part of a defined workflow.
Private Information
Certain information is not publicly visible and is kept private within the platform.
This includes:
User login credentials and account details
Internal communications or notes
Draft or unpublished information
Administrative or internal settings
Private information is accessible only to authorized users and is not shared broadly.
